The Bishop Baumgartner Obispos played the St. Francis Crusaders on monday night (February 23). Before the game the Obispos had a great record of 5-1 one while the Crusaders held a record of 0-5. The first couple minutes of the game started out slowly until Devin Denchiro nailed the short jumper. Right after the Obispos answered back with Frederick Aladad’s short jumper. After the first coulple of baskets the quarter ended with a score of 2-2.
Both the first and second quarters were very close, both teams were determined to win.
At the beginning of the second quarter Justin Jamindang made an easy lay-up to tie the score.
The middle of the second quarter was slow, until the Obispos went on a 4-2 run to end the quarter. The score was now 10-8 the Obispos leading at the half. During the second half the Obispos took control and pulled away from the crusaders. The game ended with the Obispos scoring (6-1) 28 and the Crusaders (0-6) 17.

I interviewed Gabriel A. on what his dream world would be like. He said that he would want to own a country the country the size of Greenland. His country would be named “Our Land” because he believes in equality and freedom. Although he believes in equality and freedom he wants to be the King of his monarchy. “Our Land” is located in the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by water, and away from other islands.

Gabriel would want his country to be known for their soccer skills. His country would have recreational and professional soccer leagues for any age. Gabriel’s country even got a gold medal in the olympics, for soccer. For the people that do not like soccer they would usually work as a producer (they create and invent things) or a seller (they get goods from the producers then sell them to anyone who needs it). Gabriel’s job system requires them to go to college for at least 2 years. (I thought that Gabriel’s country was intresting because he explained everything from jobs to sports.)

Every day on week days I get up at 6:30 and get ready for school. Sometimes I ride the nus and sometimes my mom drops me off. When I get to school I usually just talk to my friends and wait for the bell to ring. When the bell rings I go to homebase in homebase I usually just do the work that I did not finish. Later on I go to 2nd period, my second period is accelerated math this is one of my favorite classes because we learn alot and then have free time. In accelerated math we learn Pre-Algebraand Triganometry, just kidding just pre-algebra.

After school and on the week ends I go to basketball practice, I play for the Untalan school team. Right now we are 1-2 but we are improving. On week ends I usually stay up late doing anything with my cousin and brother. On Saturdays I usually go somewhere or do something fun. On Sundays I do my homework and relax. Then On Monday my routine starts all over again.
